Store Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped for a full refund of the product price.

To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RMA#) by calling us at 866-744-6965. Returns with no RMA# and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt. If you make a return after 30 days of shipment date, you will receive store credit only. Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from shipment date. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. In the event you receive store credit only, your credit will be issued within 5 days of our receiving your returned product.

* Please note we do not refund the cost of expedited shipping if you chose to return your purchase.

As soon as we receive the package, a refund will be issued within 24 hours. Refunds may take up to 72 hours before they appear on your statement.
