How do I return an item?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return or exchange an item within 60 days of the date your order was shipped, please follow the guidelines below:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
•Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of the date the item was shipped to you.
•Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866.744.6965 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
•RMA’s requested within 30 days of shipment date will be eligible for refund. RMA’s requested 31 to 60 days after shipment will be eligible for store credit only.
•All returns must include a copy of your original packing slip/receipt and be returned in the original Say Hello Diamonds jewelry box or other packaging.
•If exchanging, please make a note of the item for which you’d like to exchange.
•Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. We cannot accept items with visible wear and tear, damage, or modification of any type.
•Customized or special order items and clearance merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
•We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as wearing or cleaning.
•We will not refund return shipping charges and cannot accept COD deliveries.
•Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 days of our receipt and approval of your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. Store credit will be applied to the customer’s account under which the order was placed.
•In the event that the purchase included free gift(s) or promotional item(s), you must also return these items to be eligible for full refund, otherwise the value of the free gift(s) or promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund amount.
An RMA is not a guaranteed approval or credit of your return. Returns are subject to inspection.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. We will email a USPS return label to you and if available, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of your return. Merchandise must not have been worn or washed and are subject to Returns & Exchanges guidelines.
